By using Beyond Reality ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Beyond Reality is a personal growth application that provides goal setting, journaling, reflection, personality assessment, and accountability features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service

4. Subscription and Payments

  • The Service offers a 30-day free trial with full access
  • After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (€9.99/month)
  • Payments are processed through Mollie
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you create (journal entries, goals, reflections)
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service
  • We do not claim ownership of your content

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Generated Content

  • Reflections and suggestions provided by the Service are for informational purposes only
  • Generated content should not be considered professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
  • If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified professional

8. Limitation of Liability

Beyond Reality is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
